PLANNING COMMISSION

CALL TO ORDER
Chair Bayan called the meeting to order at 6pm.

ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT
Matt gave the following report:
1. State of the City Address, March 21, IKEA- he was glad to see some Commissioners who
attended the event and informed them video can be watched on the official Youtube
Channel
2. Interview of Planning Commission candidates- interview with 2 candidates was done and
there will be 1 more coming up
3. Watershed Apartments Grand Opening- April 18 (Thurs) at 3:30 PM, link for RSVP will be
emailed to the Commissioners
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE
Angie presented Comprehensive Plan Update (2nd part of the Survey Results).
DISCUSSION
Commissioner Comments
1. Commissioner Seil commented that traffic calming was mentioned during the State of the
City Address such as speed bumps that are not wide enough where car can pass over them
but are undersize where fire trucks/large trucks can pass through without a problem.

Motion to adjourn made by Secretary Seil, seconded by Vice Chair Kelly. All ayes, motion
carried.
