SEWER.
8. APPLICATION OF AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS, INCLUDING FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES, SHALL BE CONDUCTED /N A MANNER
AND AT APPLICATION RATES THAT WILL NOT RESUL T IN LOSS OF CHEMICAL TO STORMWA TER RUNOFF. MANUFACTURERS'
