A revised TIR and Civil Construction plan are not needed at this moment, and these changes shall be shown on the final as-builts. Also, please ensure your contractor is aware of the proposed changes below. The area drain does not need to route to the sewer system if no dumpster is proposed, but you may need to update the grading plan to ensure no ponding water upon completion of the project. I can’t shift the perf pipe under the landscape area since it would within 5’ of the property line so I’ll put it under the parking lot. One other question. We no longer have a dumpster. The existing pipe that we discussed turning into a perforated pipe connection is 5.9’ from the property line and would be under the parking lot. I’d prefer not to provide the perforated pipe connection, however since we can’t do the splash block so would this be considered a “last resort” and acceptable to the City? Hi Yong, We have run into a problem with constructing the vegetated flow path on the north side of the driveway shown in yellow in the snip below. The grade really falls off at the north property line and we don’t want to discharge water onto the property to the north. We would not be able to raise the grade without a wall which would remove trees and doesn’t leave much room for a flow path. (See the photos attached.) I’d like to remove the splash block and keep the downspout connected to the storm system that discharges to Talbot. I don’t see any other feasible BMPs that can replace the splash block. This splash block was proposed to replace the splash block that was installed with Ph 1 on the south west corner of the new addition. A covenant was recorded for the Ph 1 splash block. Can we have the recorded covenant removed? Another question I have is if ROW Use permit would be needed to replace the extruded curb in the ROW (highlighted in orange below) with curb and gutter.
