These areas of concern are: (1) compliance with the KCSWM for provision for water quality and quantity controls; (2) compliance with the Aquifer Protection Ordinance for APA Zone 2; and (3) provisions for establishing suitable utility \ crossings for water and sewer mains, which will be made more difficult and costly by the proposed street improvements. We recommend that the following conditions be included with the Shorelines Permit for this Q ly project. 1. All surface water runoff from the newly paved areas of the project shall be collected, I\ treated, conveyed, detained and discharged in full compliance with the King County Surface Water Manual as enforced by the City of Renton. To insure compliance with this o provision, the applicant must submit engineered drainage control plans to the Plan Review Section for review and approval. The applicant must also obtain a construction permit p based on these plans for the installation of the drainage facilities, which will be inspected R and approved by the City of Renton inspection staff. All plans to comply with Renton \ drafting standards. All applicable permit review and inspection fees to be paid by the V J applicant. 2. All construction to conform to the requirements of the City of Renton Aquifer Protection Ordinance for APA Zone 2. This shall include provided lining for all biofiltration swales 1 and complying with pipe material and drainage structure requirements included in the ordinance. Compliance to be insured by providing construction permit plans, obtaining a construction permit and inspection by the City of Renton as outlined in condition#1. I 3. Applicant to coordinate with the Waste Water Utility to allow construction of new sewer crossings b,Y the City prior to paving of the crossings areas. 4. Applicant to coordinate with the Water Utility to construct new crossings for future water mains as part of the project construction.
