1 have reviewed the above-referenced document and the same is approved as to legal form and for
risk management concerns except that the Certificate of Liability Insurance needs one correction.
The Cancellation clause needs to have the words "endeavor to" removed on the second line and
the last two lines should be deleted.

It is the recommendation of the Wastewater Section that the low bid received by Snelson Companies,
Inc. in the amount of $145,694.50 be awarded by Council at the next available City Council
Meeting. The bid is in compliance with the City's policy regarding Public Works Construction Bids.
The bid is well within the budget allocated for the project, there was more than one bidder, and there
were no irregularities in the bids received.
