The City's maintenance personnel were very impressed with the job that your crews did and,therefore,have approved the work. As far as the City is concerned there are only a few items, all of which you are aware of,that need to be finished. 1. Turn in as-built plans. 2. Pavement Re-striping Thermo-plastic: Crosswalk on S. 130t"at 801h Ave. S. Stop bar on S. 130"'at S. Langston Rd. Stop bar on S. 130th at Renton Ave S. Paint: Double yellow centerline stripe on patches on S. Langston Rd. Crosswalk on 80th Ave S. at S. 132nd St. Traffic Island touch-up at intersection of S. 132rid St. and S. Langston Rd. Stop bar at S. Langston Rd. at S. 132nd St. 3. Repair of leaking joint. Pressure grout leaking joint between MH#7&MH#8 and re-TV line. The City of Renton is in the process of installing sanitary sewer mainS in 80' Avenue South, South 130t' St. and South Langston Rd. As part of the construction, we will be installing side sewer stubs from the sewer main to your property line. The City has designed side sewer stub locations for each property. However, the City is offering property owners the opportunity to choose where they would prefer their side sewer to be located. Therefore, the City is supplying each property owner with this stake to indicate where they want the stub to be located. Please place this stake in your yard to help us install your side sewer in the location you would prefer. Try to place your stake in a location that will keep your side sewer at least 10 feet from your water meter (see drawing below). We will endeavor to place the side sewer stub close to your stake. However, other buried utilities may not allow this. We will attempt to place the sewer stub as close to your stake as possible. Please remember, we are only installing the side sewer to your property line so place the stake in a location that will be convenient for you if you decide to connect your house at a later date. After your sewer stub has been installed you can remove the stake. The City will record the location of the stub and keep them on file at City Hall.
