Thank you for your inquiry regarding the two above referenced "tax title" properties.
As you know, both properties are physically used as NE 25th St. within the City of
Renton. I have enclosed a copy of the title report for each parcel. Neither report
references the existence of easements.
Please review the enclosed material including a copy of the proposed deed. The
purchase price of $400.00 includes the combined amount of back taxes and
administrative costs for both parcels.
If the enclosed deed is acceptable, please forward a check for said amount, made
payable to the "King County Treasurer," to my attention for processing. Upon receipt,
the deed will be recorded and forwarded to you for your files.
