SUBJECT: THE EAST KENNYDALE SEWER INFILL: CONTRACT DOCUMENT
Dear Gordon:
Thank you for your survey proposal. I have reviewed the proposal and it is acceptable with one
minor exception,which is listed below.
Enclosed please find the following:
• Two copies of the City's standard survey Contract Document. Please sign these and return
both to me for execution by the mayor. Do not date the front page. This will be done by the
mayor.
• One Affidavit of Compliance for City of Renton Summary of Fair Practices Policy. Please
complete this form and return to me.
• Your original proposal letter dated May 29,2001. Since the contract must be based on an
exact amount,please make the indicated revision to the last sentence of paragraph two. Any
extra costs,which may occur, will be handled via addenda to the contract. Please provide
two copies of the proposal letter for attachment to each of the contract documents.
• One example of an insurance certificate. I will need one insurance certificate for this
contract. The certificate must have the highlighted modifications in order to be approved.

information on.We have calculated the additional costs at$6,750.00.All survey work will be based
on survey requirements shown in original proposal No. 211.01.
