Figure 10-1 provides an aerial overview of the project area included existing conditions and the proposed project. Figures 10-2a through 10-2f show the detailed site plans that include the existing vegetation, topography, waterbodies and critical areas as well as the proposed project details, tree cutting and land clearing plan, and utilities. A formal tree cutting/ land clearing plan has not yet been developed for this project. Most of this project is still in the 30% design or conceptual design phase at this time. Therefore, a conceptual plan showing the general work areas and vegetation type is provided to show approximately where vegetation may need to be removed. It is anticipated that there will not be many trees removed during construction of this project. The attached Public Services and Utilities Discipline Report provide the remainder of the information requested for Section 19, the Utilities Plan. z 10-1 Perteet Inc.
