We are not able to supply your company with Asphalt mix design dated for the year 2001 at this time. I
was infornned by all of our Vendors that they could not supply it to us with that particular date, even
though the material substance and grade do not change. The soonest that we are able to obtavi one will
not be until sometune in February. I apologize for any inconvenience that this causes, but our hands are
tied at this point.
