Runoff will occur from pervious and impervious surfaces and will be collected and
reputed into the existing stormwater system created for The Orchards development.

The only materials that could enter ground or surface waters would be those
associated with the streets and automobile use. An oiltwater separator will be
constructed prior to releasing the stormwater.

mitigate any adverse impact from storm water runoff.
