AND MONSTER ROAD THAT DRAINS TO AN EXISTING POND BEHIND THE ELAND DISTRIBUTION FACILITY. THIS POND SERVES AS A REGIONAL DETENTION FACILITY FOR THE BLUME PARCEL SEGRETATION. CURRENTLY, PARCELS 1 AND 2 ARE DEVELOPED WITH LARGE DISTRIBUTION AND MANUFACTURING BUILDINGS AND PARCELS 3 , 4A AND 4B ARE UNDEVELOPED WITH TREES, BRUSH AND WETLAND AREAS. THE EXISTING IMPERVIOUS AREA IS 15. 9 ACRES. SOILS ON THE SITE ARE A MIXTURE OF WOODINVILLE, PUGET, PUYALLUP AND BEAUSITE. SINCE THE MAJORITY OF THE SOIL IS WOODINVILLE OF THE HYDROLOGIC GROUP "D" AND HAS A MIXED USE OF MEADOW AND FOREST, A COMPOSITE CURVE NUMBER OF 85 IS USED IN THE DRAINAGE ANALYSIS CALCULATIONS. THE PEAK DISCHARGE RATE WILL BE EQUAL TO 50o OF THE EXISTING 2 YEAR/24 HOUR STORM. THE PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM WILL BE SET TO MAINTAIN A POND LEVEL AT ELEVATION 11. THE OUTFALL WILL BE TO THE P-1 CHANNEL JUST UPSTREAM FROM ITS CONFLUENCE WITH THE GREEN RIVER. A MONITORING SYSTEM WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE RIVER TO AUTOMATICALLY SHUT THE PUMP SYSTEM OFF WHEN THE RIVER IS RUNNING AT THE 12,000 CFS LEVEL PER REQUIREMENTS OF THE GREEN RIVER FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT.
