The site is located at the east end of NE 25th Street, east of Edmonds Avenue NE in Renton, Washington. The site is relatively flat and slopes generally to the northwest. The site is open and undeveloped with a few scattered trees. Existing soil conditions consist of Indianola fine loamy sand. LEVEL 1 DRAINAGE ANALYSIS Indianola soils are class A soils. Due to the soil conditions and the flat topography, the runoff from the site infiltrates into the soil. The developed downstream site conditions consists of routing the on-site runoff through an on- site detention vault and bioswale that discharges into a proposed storm system flowing west along N.E. 25th Street. The runoff flows west in this proposed system for approximately 385' where it discharges into the existing City of Renton storm system. This system flows north approximately 500' along Edmonds Ave. N.E., where it discharges down a slope and eventually drains into May Creek further than a % of a mile downstream.
