We have revised the planting design (adjusting shrubs and trees) to avoid both planned and existing utility lines (that had not been correctly mapped) as well as adjust for better views from the building for security and privacy. The revised design continues to meet required tree calculations and screening requirements. Please let us know if post-permit revisions are possible and how best to proceed. The project also plans to submit for an updated civil permit, should these updates be tied to that?
