This is to certify that on February 13, 2024, there was held a special election in the
City of Renton, King County, Washington, for the submission of a ballot measure to
the voters for their approval or rejection;
That the results of the election were duly canvassed by the King County Canvassing
Board on February 23, 2024, and the results of said canvass are as follows:
Initiative Measure No. 23-02
Voter Initiative to Establish Labor Standards
Yes 8,144 58.04%
No 5,888 41.96%
Validation requirements
Simple majority (RCW 35A.11.100 and 35.17.240)
