Yes, once the final landscaping has been installed and signed off that should complete the remaining items on the punch list. I will get the bill of sale created and sent to you this
week. Attached is the invoice for recording the short plat documents. When convenient, please have 5 copies of the plat map and 1 copy of the deed and reeta delivered to me at city
hall for signatures.

Yes, lawn would be considered a ground cover and can certainly be incorporated into a small portion of the landscaped buffer.

Can a small portion of the 10' buffer be lawn? If I remember correctly, there were some discussions about lawn in front of the wall. Mangat has installed plants in front of the wall.
Any lawn, if allowed, would be at the back of the 10' buffer.

No, the landscaping for the second lot would not need to be installed until the home is under construction for the second lot. The landscape inspection is completed prior to final building
inspection for the individual homes.

Will the full landscape need to be installed prior to inspection? Currently, Sukjinder has landscaping installed for only the one building lot. The second building lot is empty and has
no landscaping.

I have not visited the site. I told Mr. Mangat that I needed to review and approve a plan that complied with City Code first. Once the plan was approved and the plants were installed
then I would go visit the site for an inspection. If you have questions about what code requires for the landscaping onsite, please let me know.

Hi Jill,
I'm discussing the installed landscaping with Sukjinder Mangat. He just told me that you had stated that the landscaping he has installed on the first lot is sufficient and the city
will sign off on this part of the project if I'm good with it. This would include the wall.
He sent photos yesterday and I'm not seeing that the same quantity of plants as what showed up on the landscape plans.
I haven't made a site visit; I'm only looking at the installed landscaping via photos. Probably the first question is whether you've been to the site to see the installed landscaping
and the wall.
I wanna make sure that you've see everything and that the city is satisfied.
