Hi Jason, We’ve completed verification of the signatures submitted to our office for City of Renton Initiative Measure No. 23-01 petition. Of the signatures that were compared against those on file with our office, it was determined that the required number of 8,913 was not determined to be registered voters. Therefore, it is determined that the petition is insufficient. The letter of insufficiency is attached. Please note that Tuesday, August 1, 2023, is the deadline to place measures on the ballot for the November 7, 2023, General Election. Please let us know if you have any questions.
