I have owned the property located at 900 S Grady Way, Renton since Dec. 2015,
Dojo tenant had one more year on his lease expiring on October 2016, with 5
years option to renew expiring on October 31 st, 2021.
Dojo was running a successful business and has been at the location for many
years. Until Covid hit and was forced to shut down. Even though the Gym was
closed to the public, he kept on doing one on one training via video utilizing his
space and equipment.
He tried to reopen from March -June of 2021, but could not get most of his clients
back.
August of 2021 is when he totally vacated the space.
Covid made some businesses prosper and destroyed others. If it was not for
Covid, he probably would still be leasing the space!
