Please see attached certificate of insurance for JMR (GC) and Renton business license and L&I license for the
civil contractor, McKee Enterprises. The JMR contact for overtime inspection/work is Eric Simonson
(erics@jmrileyco.com, 425-466-5750). Please let me know if you have any questions or comments
regarding these submittals.
I understand that the contractor is working on obtaining the bond, and we hope to have that to you soon.

Please note that I have not received any of the items listed from below (copied here for reference) and all are necessary
prior to holding the pre-con where the permit will be issued.

worksheet had redlines (see attached file “REDLINES…”), however, staff has prepared a bond quantity
