SUBJECT: Watershed Affordable Housing Apartments - Storm Line Evaluation
Mr. Huynh,
I have reviewed the video inspection of the storm service in order to assess pipe condition. Based on my
evaluation:
• The bellies in the storm line from the Pro-Vac cameras appears to be within acceptable limits.
• Calculated flow expected from the proposed development is based upon accepted design standards and
guidelines.
• It is my professional that the storm line has the capacity to convey existing and proposed flows from the
proposed development to the City’s storm main.
To the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, based on available records, applicable field measurements
and video footage, the storm line is in a good condition and has the capacity to coney the proposed flow to the
City’s storm main.
