Existing building foundations and underground utilities will be demolished and removed. North of the site is the proposed site of the headquarters Office building scheduled to completed in November of 1998. Proposed Use: To provide a temporary construction management trailer complex to oversee the construction of the proposed office building being constructed on the adjacent 12 acres to the north.
