The site proposed is located adjacent to 6`h Avenue North, Between Park Avenue and Logan Avenue. This site is also known as the old apartment house site. The proposed site will consist of two, 12" high, triple wide trailers, 191,00 s.f. each, 3,800 project s.f. total, that will house the Boeing Construction Partners. The site will cover approximately 2.5 % of the entire parcel. The total square footage of the Boeing parcel is 154,795.1825 s.f. . The site has existing, landscaped, 309 paved parking stalls that are adequate for the proposed use. The site will not require grading to accommodate the trailers ( see existing site plan). The site is relatively flat with turf ground cover, shrubs and ornamental trees. All trees and shrubs will not interfere with the trailers, all vegetation (with grass as the exception) will be saved. Half of the site is a grassy area that was the former foot print of the apartment house that was demolished. This will occur during daylight hours. The moving of the trailers will occur on the weekend during daylight hours. All trucks will have there wheels washed, prior to leaving the site, if mud, due to rain, is present. The route of hauling the trailers will be from the Logan Ave. Boeing gate to 6th Ave. The trailer will travel down 6th Ave. for approximately one half block to the site. The trailers will move on an early weekend morning as not to disrupt traffic peak periods. There are no identifiable noxious characteristics of this project.
