1. SCHEDULE MAJOR LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES DURING THE DRY MONTHS AND ALLOW
TIME BEFORE THE WET SEASON BEGINS TO ADEQUATELY STABILIZE THE DISTURBED
GROUND.
2. PHASE AND/OR SCHEDULE CONSTRUCTION TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF DISTURBED,
UNSTABILIZED SOIL EXPOSED AT ANY ONE TIME.
3. FENCE OR FLAG AREAS TO BE PROTECTED OR LEFT UNDISTURBED DURING
CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCING.
4. STRIP AND CLEAR AND GRUB FIELD SUFFICIENTLY FOR INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY
EROSION SEDIMENTATION CONTROL (ESC) BMPS.
5. INSTALL TEMPORARY ESC MEASURES INDICATED ON PLANS, INCLUDING SILT FENCE,
CATCH BASIN INSERTS, AND STRAW WATTLES. COORDINATE WITH CITY OF RENTON
INSPECTOR.
6. BEGIN GRADING AND EXCAVATION FOR FIELD UNDERDRAIN AND IRRIGATION PIPING, AND
FOR PAVEMENT SUBGRADES.
7. TEMPORARILY STABILIZE SITE, THROUGH RE -VEGETATION, HYDROSEED, MULCHING OR
OTHER APPROPRIATE BMPS AS A RESULT OF SITE GRADING IN AREAS THAT WILL NOT
RECEIVE HARDSCAPE.
8. CONSTRUCT STORM AND IRRIGATION UTILITIES, CONCRETE, ASPHALT, AND PERMEABLE
PAVEMENTS, AS WELL AS STAIRS, CHEEK WALLS, AND MOW STRIPS FOR FENCING.
9. PLACE FILL SECTION AND LAWN/SEED FOR PLAYFIELD.
10. REMOVE TEMPORARY ESC FACILITIES UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION AND ONLY
ONCE SITE IS STABILIZED, INSPECTED, AND APPROVED BY CITY OF RENTON INSPECTOR,
CONSTRUCTION RECORD DRAWING
