vii. Final Short Plat Application Fee
Note - I will send an invoice for the fee once the application has been made. See step 2 below.
viii. Monuments Cards, if applicable
ix. Plat Certificate or Title Report
x. Plat Plan for Short Plat Recording
xi. Proof of Improvement Deferral or Installation
xii. Public Works Approval (i.e., substantial completion is typically at punch list inspection)
Note - I will send a separate email when the project has reached substantial completion. Please include the email with the application.
2. City screens application materials and sends invoice for short plat application
3. Applicant pays fee and notifies City project manager (Nate) via email
4. City sends notice of complete application
5. City reviews application (note, this may involve multiple review cycles as needed)
6. City provides notice of approval, requests documents and provides recording fee invoice
a. 5 signed copies of the plat map
b. 1 copy of each recorded document (deed, reeta, declaration of covenant, etc.)
c. Invoice for recording fees is sent
7. Applicant provides all requested items from step 6
a. 5 signed copies of the plat map
b. 1 copy of each recorded document (deed, reeta, declaration of covenant, etc.)
c. Invoice for recording fees is paid
8. City obtains final signatures and sends to KC for recording
9. KC records short plat
