PERMISSION FOR RIGHT-OF-ENTRY TO CEDAR RIVER PARK
Mr. Crick:
The City of Renton Parks and Recreation Department hereby permits employees of Puget Sound Access
dba Carco Theatre (Permittee) to enter Cedar River Park for the purpose of placing two (2) porta-potties
for use by participants in the 'Drama Kids' summer program.
Permittee's Representations
Purpose of Permittee's work:
•Placing two (2) porta-potties next to Carco Theatre for participants of the 'Drama Kids' program.
Permittee will perform work as follows:
•Porta-potties will be placed at the south end of the concrete driveway that services the building;
•Permittee will pay all costs related to the porta-potty;
•Permittee will be responsible for any costs, cleanup and rehabilitation of the affected area if a
porta-potty should be vandalized;
•Porta-potties will be open to the public with preference given to participants of the 'Drama Kids'
program while they are in session.
The Permittee will adhere to the following:
•Permittee and the rental company will routinely clean and service the porta-potties;
•Permittee agrees to remove porta-potties if vandalism or unwanted activities associated with it
become a nuisance as determined by either the Permittee or the City.
Conditions of Right-of-Entry
1.It is understood and agreed by the Permittee that the performance of any work under this Permit
shall constitute an acceptance of all provisions and an agreement to adhere to all of Permittee's
Representations stated above.
2.The term of this Permit shall begin Monday, July 8, 2024 and shall terminate Friday, August 23,
2024. The City retains the right to terminate this Permit at any time it sees fit, and for any reasons
it desires.
