The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment.
The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. Some type of joint use agreement/reciprocal easement for parking and access
is needed, including maintenance provisions for the parking spaces.
2. Add signature and notary block for S. Properties, LLC.
3. Land Record Number: LND30-0437
4. Land Use Application Number: LUA24-000160

Once the changes, as noted in the attached memo, have been made; please submit three
copies of the revised lot line adjustment to me by email. The revised plans will be routed
for final review, and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final signed
