RENTON HEARING EXAMINER

A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on July 9, 2024 at 12:00 PM by means of
the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
New Life Church Office Building
LUA23-000330
Location: 15711 152nd Ave SE (Parcel no. 2323059021) The applicant is requesting a HEX Conditional Use Permit, Site
Plan Review, height Variance and SEPA Review in order to construct a new 6,400 sq. ft. office building on the New Life
Church campus (55.1 acs). Partial frontage improvements are proposed.
