GENERAL INFORMATION
Driveway Ramp Slab and Sidewalk Concrete Placement
Observed the concrete placement for the final half of the west driveway ramp, about 105’ of sidewalk section on
the south of the project, and (2) sections of sidewalk next to the building entrance adjacent to the project site.

TESTS PERFORMED
The following field tests were performed: Slump (5”), Air Content (4.6%), Concrete Temp. (60°F), Ambient Temp.
(42°F).
A total of (4) compressive strength specimens [1 Set] was fabricated for lab-curing.
The results of observation(s) for today were reported to the contractor.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
To the best of our knowledge, the items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans and
specifications.
