While excavating CB 1 and the run to CB 2, we came across an unmarked Existing CB northeast of CB 1 that
runs at a 0.60% slope to the EX CB identified on drawing 12 of 46. Please review the following information and let
us know if that proposal would work.
SUGGESTION:
We suggest using that run to not impact the existing subdivision. We would do this by installing a new solid lid
type 1 CB 15’ northwest of CB 1 to intersect that pipe run. We calculated the i.e. of the new CB to be 88.43’,
which would raise the rest of the runs to CB 7 by 0.12’. The pipe run from CB 7 to CB 8 would shallow to 2.29%
and CB 7 to CB 9 would shallow to a 0.94% slope, then be at plan design thereafter.
