To Whom It May Concern,
I would like my comments on record for the land use action as described above.I understand from the
drawings that the well-established pine trees that border our property will be removed.Not only do we
lose our privacy as a result of this,but there is a lot of wildlife that lives in those trees.Over the years,
we have seen many raccoons with their babies come from those trees and walk along the fence.
Squirrels,Stellar Jays and many other birds also live there.
In addition,the residents who own the four affected homes on Camas Avenue and NE 22,d Street have
each owned their homes for 30+years.Changes to the street and providing access will disrupt a lot of
well established landscaping and beautification projects.These residents have put in a lot of time,pride
and money to keep the dead end area looking nice.
I hope you consider the opinions of long-term residents of this area when deciding whether to let this
property permit go through.
