PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting preliminary short plat approval to subdivide a property
into two (2) residential lots and two (2) tracts. The project site is located at 14103 - 160th Ave SE (APN 1423059011) and
total approximately 37,617 square feet (0.86 acres) in area. The property is zoned Residential-4 (R-4). Both lots are for
the benefit of detached dwellings; the existing residence is proposed for retention. Tract A would be a shared driveway;
Tract B would be a landscaping tract. No critical areas were identified on the subject property.
