The Bid Docui°r�ents for the abave-named project are madified as described befnw. Bidders
shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting their bids.
Bidders shall attach this addendum to their copy of the Contract Documents, and shall
acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Proposal - Si nature Page. A Proposal may be
considered irregular and may be rejected if the receipt of Addenda is not acknowledged. A
Prnposal will be considered irre�ular and will be reiected if the Schedule of Prices included in
this Addendum is not eompleted and submitted with the Praposal.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Renton, at the City Clerk's Office, located on
the 7t" floor of Renton City Hall, until 12:00 PM an Tuesdav. April 10, 2Q18. All
supplemental dacuments, that are allowed to be submitted after this date and time, shall
be delivered to the City Clerk's Office. The bids will be opened and publicly read at 2>00
PM on Wednesday, April 11, 201.8 in room #511, located on the 5th floor of Renton City
Hall. Renton City Hal) is located at 1Q55 South Grady Way, Rentan, WA 98057.
2. PROPOSAL—5CHEDUCE OF PRICES
REPLACE the Schedule of Prices in the Proposal (3 pages) with the revised Schedule of
Prices (3 pages) attached to this Addendum. The Schedule of Prices was revised to reflect
the following:

• Sectian 2-01.3(S} Invasive Plant Remaval, located on page SP 69, is deleted in its
entirety and replaced with the following:

Sectian 2-01.3{5) is a new sectian:
Invasive plants along the banks of Kennydale Creek, within the project cEearing and
grading lim�ts shown on the plans, shall be removed as directed by the Engineer. Once
remaved, the invasive plant material shall be hauled to the nearest K�ng County Solid
1!lfaste Transfer Station for disposaL The invasive plant material shall not be stockpiled
on the project site for disposal at a later time andjar date.
