The City of Renton's disaster grant under the 4539-DR-WA Severe Winter Storm, High Winds, Flooding,
Mudslides and Landslides event grant period has been extended.
Due to circumstances beyond the Applicant's control, the repair and restoration to all of the damaged
public facilities have not been completed. An extension of the period of performance is allowable under
grant provisions. FEMA and the Grant Program Manager have approved the period of performance time
extension.
The Public Assistance Grant Agreement Face Sheet Block 6. Grant End Date has been changed
from April 23, 2024 to April 23, 2026.
No other changes are required. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any previous
amendments remain in full force and effect.
Please keep in mind that this extension is for the grant period. Any uncompleted work will require an
individual time extension.
