AED Requirement: An Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is required to be on the premises during the event. The Fire & Emergency Services Department has AED units available for use upon completion of an application and provision of a damage deposit. 3. Tents & Canopies: Any canopies and/or tents exceeding 200 square feet in size must be permitted and inspected by the Fire & Emergency Services Department. 4. Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057, for the purpose of bringing to the community, an event that promotes family activity and entertainment. Entertainment includes live music, a professional di, and six child amusement inflatables. There will be various vendors present as well as food, water, soda and a small beer garden will be available. Flyers will be distributed at other car shows and street fair events to promote awareness. Additionally internet sites will be used (myspace.com, facebook.com, layitlow.com, etc.) to notify car enthusiasts of the show. There will be a $500 cash prize award and plaque for two levels of car hopping (single pump and double pump) as well as a $250 cash prize with award for the most car club participation. Approximately 80 trophies and 30 plaques will be awarded for the various classes of competition. We will be talking to potential sponsors from the local community with the understanding that this will generate additional foot traffic for the businesses and promote interest in their specific merchandise; current sponsors include Les Shwab Tires, Heineken, Pepsi, and CarQuest Auto Parts. Entry fees of $35 for cars, $25 for motorcycles and $15for bicycles will be collected. Profits from this event will go toward battered women and domestic violence programs. We are Rollerz Only Car Club, Seattle Chapter. We currently have ten plaque members; our chapter was started April 2008. Rollerz Only Car Club was established in 1988 by Troy Staehler in the Los Angeles area of California.
