Ashley, I had dropped off a document last week for recording at the City of Renton for the Maple Highlands plat, and it had a few incorrect pages, but the City Development Engineering
manager has the correct copy, and is fine printing and slip sheeting, he just needs your email approval because you are the signer on the form.
Can you reply all to this email and send Nathan Janders your email approval to slip sheet the printed Declaration of Covenant form?

I’ve reviewed the packet, all the documents are there and have the following comments/questions:
* The declaration of covenant for drainage facilities is an update to what was previously recorded indicating page 4 and appendix A have been revised. However, neither of these pages
match what was submit and deemed approved in the final plat review (see attached for the final document). I am happy to print these pages and swap them out with permission from the
signator or you could bring a new copy in, let me know what is preferred.
* The REETA included with the quit claim deed for tract C was not signed by the grantee. Can you have them sign this?
