SUBJECT:Renewal of Origami Risk
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-21-179 with
Origami Risk. This Amendment authorizes payment of Order # 20240719, in the amount
of $132,260.73 ($39,970.00 plus tax annually for three years), for the renewal of
Origami Risk.
Origami is a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) used by HRRM to manage
insurance certificates as well as damage and subrogation (recovery) claims. It is also the
City's incident, injury, and hazard reporting program.
