DUNN WAIVER OF OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS The property is located north of N.E. 33rd St. and south of Rufus Buck Road approximately 1/4 mile north and east of May Creek. G-9600 9-1105 Applicant requests to waive the requirements to install curbs, gutters, and sidewalks along Rufus Buck Road. The applicant further requests to waive the requirements to install N.E. 33rd Street along the southern boundary of his property. 1. There are no curbs, gutters, or sidewalks along either Rufus Buck Road and 112th Place S$.E./114th Ave. S.E. 2. N.E. 33rd St. is not open along its entire length. Therefore, if the street were installed along the subject property, it would serve no purpose. 3. Rufus Buck Road is a City of Renton right- of-way, but it is not currently being maintained by the City. 4. All access to the short platted lots is to be from Rufus Buck Road as proposed by the applicant. 5. The property between Rufus Buck Road and 112th Place S.E£./114th Ave. S.E. is owned by Wm. A.
