Unit.In those assignments I was involved in the hiring &
testing of police officer candidates.I was involved in
several Civil Service hearings and numerous disciplinary
actions involving allegations of misconduct or criminal
actions involving police personnel.I later performed numerous
pre-hire background investigations on contract to many public
safety agencies in Washington State.I feel that I am
qualified to understand the role of the Civil Service
Commission and would like to give that experience to the City
of Renton.
