SUBJECT:Expiration Date Extension for SLCGP Grant
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-24-016 for the
State and Local Cybersecurity Grant. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the
expiration date of the grant to 09/30/2024.

Re: FY2022 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) E24-204 End Date Extension Amendment
Dear Brett Tietjen:
In accordance with Section A.3 of Attachment B, General Terms and Conditions of Grant Agreement E24-204, this
letter serves as written notification, Amendment 1, extending the Grant Agreement End Date from July 31,2024
to September 30,2024.
An extension of the period of performance is allowable under grant provisions, and the SLCGP Program Manager
has approved this extension.
The Grant Agreement Face Sheet Block 6, Grant Agreement End Date, has been changed from July 31, 2024 to
September 30, 2024.
Additionally, the Grant Agreement Revision 1 Timeline, Attachment F has been updated to reflect the following
changes:
Change Grant Agreement End Date from July 31, 2024 to September 30,2024;
Change Submit Final Reimbursement Request and Closeout Report from September 14, 2024 to
November 14, 2024.
No other changes are required. All other terms and conditions of the original Grant Agreement and any previous
amendments remain in full force and effect.
