SUBJECT:Lenel Software Renewal
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-198 with
Entrance Controls. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 91860-2, in the
amount of $413.63 ($375.00 plus tax), for the renewal of Lenel SSA Software.
The Lenel System manages the ID security badge system at the Airport.
