hereinafter referred to as party of the first part` for and in
consideration of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, release and
`convey unto the City of Renton, a Municipal Corporation of the State
of Washington, as "party of the second part an easement appurtenant
and perpetual over, on, and to the following described properties:
See attached Exhibit "B" for Water Main
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of con-
struction, repair, service, and maintenance of the XXWXX KKR water lines.
