If any provision of this Assignment and Assumption of Agreement Regarding Msnagemmt of Common Areas is adjudicated to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be deemed ornitted to that extent and all other provisions of this Assignment will remain in full force and effect. The terms "Assignor" and "Assignee" herein shall be construed to include the heirs, personal represwitatives, successors, and assigns of the parties. This Assignment and Assumption of Agreement Regarding Management of Common Areas may not be discharged, amended, or modified, nor shall any waiver of any provision hereof be effective, except by an mart in writing signed by the party against whom edorcement of any discharge, amendment, modification, or waiver is sought and it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
