I got your voicemail and took a look at the documents that were uploaded, I will need you to upload the other files you mentioned and I’ve listed the submittal requirements below for
reference. The FTP link Mike sent is still active and is copied below for reference, please upload the documents to it. Please let me know once the documents are uploaded as I will
not receive a notification. I’ll then confirm receipt and let you know when they will be screened for completion. Further I have generated the invoice for the final plat application
fee, typically we don’t send this until files have been screened for completion, however, to help expedite the process we are sending it ahead of time. Please let me know once paid.
The plat will be routed for review and a formal acceptance letter will be sent to you once all documents have been received (screened and determined complete), and the invoice has been
paid.

map itself, the language on the plat map and how we process and approve the map on our end. As you noted, this is a psub to begin initial review and generate comments so not all of
the submittal requirements are required at this time. Once you have the changes to the map that includes the ROW dedications, please upload to the previous link below that was provided.

We recently uploaded pre-submittal materials for our Solera Final Plat based on the below information in blue from Michael Sippo. Since submitting, we’ve been informed our original application
was for a Long Plat rather than a Short Plat. I’m not seeing Long Plat in the land development permit types, or anywhere in the RMC. Can you direct me to the submittal requirements
for the correct permit type? I’ve attached our original application (2018) and our latest submittal app (May 2024).
