HomeMy WebLinkAboutP_FairylandDrawings_v1RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE VERIFICATION EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE FIELD, AND COORDINATION OF ALL DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. THIS INCLUDES COORDINATING THE WORK OF ALL SUBCONTRACTORS, PREPARATION OF SHOP DRAWINGS, VERIFYING CURRENT LICENSES, INSURANCES AND BONDS. THE SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING SOLUTIONS AND SHOP DRAWINGS, VERIFYING COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND JURISDICTION, COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT CODES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. ALL DEFERRED SUBMITTALS (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING, FIRE SPRINKLERS AND SUCH) SHALL BE INSTALLED AFTER ALL REQUIRED PERMITS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. ELECTRICAL: 1.ELECTRICAL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN. THE WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED AS DESIGN-BUILD, WITH THE GC SUBMITTING THE BID AND OBTAINING ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS THAT COORDINATES WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL SET, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL CODES AND REGULATIONS. 2.THE GC'S ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATION AND SECURING ALL REQUIRED ELECTRICAL PERMITS. MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING: 1. MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED AS DESIGN-BUILD, WITH THE GC SUBMITTING THE BID AND DRAWINGS THAT COORDINATE WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL SET, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL CODES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. 2.
