Per the Pre-application Meeting, the City has indicated that
ratios applied to warehouses and indoor storage buildings in
RMC 4-4-080 are applicable to this project: 1 stall per 1,500
SF of net floor area.

accessible spaces provided
The new facility would include seven parking stalls on the
north side of the building. Six would be standard (9’x 20’), one
would be ADA-accessible.
Square footage of parking lot landscaping (perimeter and
interior)
The project will comply with development standards in RMC 4-
4-070. Landscaping will be provided in all areas not occupied
by buildings, paving, or critical areas (see Landscape Plan
Sheets L2240101 through L2240701).
