Dear Mr. Carr:
The City of Renton has reviewed your requc3t to waive the required half street
improvement including 28.5 fEEt of pavement from rieht of way centerline, 0.5 foot curls
and gutter, 8 -foot planter strip, 8-fuut Sidewalk, amd 2-fuut clearance between sitlewalk and
rieht-uf-way alons the Mun3tzr RVad SW property frontage as notea in Municipal Code
(RMC) 4-6-060tFi.
A1vfu.r313: Frontage improvements are required by Renton Municipal Cude fur pro'ect3
that exceed $50.000 value. However, RMC 4-6-250(C) allows for a waiver of the
requirements subject to the criteria below. Staff`5 analysis of the rEquest Izach listed
