Dear Ms. Halvorsen:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete according to
submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
It is tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on March 26, 2018. Prior
to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your
application.
In addition, this matter is tentatively scheduled for a Public Hearing on April 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM, Council
Chambers, Seventh Floor, Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton. The applicant or representative(s) of
the applicant are required to be present at the public hearing. A copy of the staff report will be mailed to you
one week before the hearing.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your
application.
