Purpose
Kraken Volleyball Club will operate a volleyball training center in the South 25%
of the existing building located at 3405 Lind Ave SW. The volleyball training
center will occupy 26,150 sq ft of warehouse and an 3740 Sq Ft of office.
Primary operating hours will be 6:30 – 10pm weeknights. The primary purpose
of operations in the building will be for non-profit volleyball training of junior
aged athletes, 5-18 years of age, as well as adults.
Previous Building Use
The previous use of the building was warehousing of books and office space.
Improvements
No structural changes to the building are planned.
For the interior, a fire alarm and emergency lighting systems will be upgraded to
meet code.
