Construction Mitigation Description
The proposed construction start date will be approximately in the Spring of 2018 and completion will be
approximately four months after.
Hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The proposed haul route will be likely be on Union Ave NE. Please refer to the vicinity map included on
the civil drawings.
Water trucks, street sweepers and any other requirements deemed necessary would be implemented
for any impacts that may occur.
There will be not anticipated weekend, late night or any other specialty hours proposed for construction
or hauling at this time.
Flag persons will be employed and signs will be installed for traffic control when necessary.
WSDOT Standard Traffic Control Plan is attached. Methods will be adapted to the proposed
construction route.
