Dear Alex Morganroth,
After meeting with you in regard to pre application PRE17-000164, I am herby requesting a variance to the
corner lot width requirements in Renton code 4-2-110A.
The variance I am requesting is to reduce the 70’corner lot width in R-6 zones to a 60’ corner lot width on lot 1
of the Huynh Short Plat based on the following conditions:
1. The existing lot is narrower than typical at 80’. When adding access tract and setbacks the 70’ corner
lot does not allow for a buildable lot.
2. As a small development the reduction will not adversely affect the look of the neighborhood nor cause
problems with through traffic on area streets.
